"About a year ago we got a new puppy, which turned out to be a nightmare with our cream carpets. We couldn't afford new carpets so called Martin at Carpetmaster. He was very helpful in organising a date suitable for us and gave clear instructions on how to prepare the area. The whole cleaning process took 2-3 hours and the end results were amazing! It took about 3 hours to dry but as Martin visited in the morning everything was back to normal by the evening. Our carpet now looks like new and believe me it was in a real state! We will be asking Carpetmaster back again soon as the cost was so little for such impressive results."
